CAS Family

We’d like to introduce you to some of our family

Tyler Duffy – President

Tyler and Family

Once a full time RVer, Tyler enjoys traveling and can often be found exploring campgrounds around the country in his fifth-wheel. Tyler and his wife Jackie have spent most of their marriage traversing the globe and are instilling a love for traveling into the next generation by bringing their children, Murray and Megan, with them on all their adventures. In his free time he enjoys snow-mobiling, basketball, running, and spending time with his church family. At 6’8″ tall he’s easy to pick out of a crowd and often gets the question, “How is the weather up there?” A diverse background that includes Bachelors degrees in Accounting and Mechanical engineering, combined with an interest in technology, helped spark the idea for a unique system designed to cater to campers and campground owners alike.

Jon Sharp – CTO and Senior Engineer

Jon Sharp and Family

Jon is a true geek, with a deep appreciation for all things computer science. As our CTO and Senior Engineer, Jon is responsible for a wide scope of technology, from the design of our wireless control unit hardware to the architecture and deployment of our software platform. Jon is a collector of vintage computer hardware and curates a small “museum” of fully-functional artifacts. Jon has a love for the outdoors and enjoys backcountry backpacking/camping with his wife Jolene, their son Corin and their stalwart Beagle, Tennyson. Jon and his family also enjoy traveling and take advantage of every opportunity to see new sights.

Jeff Seaman – Vice-President of Product Development

Jeff and family

Jeff has spent the last 15 years in various technological roles related to high availability, online transaction processing systems in the medical and recreational licensing markets. He has participated at all levels from design and development of point-of-service applications to architecting high redundancy multi-homed data centers and the applications and data management systems that operate in them. Jeff helps to guide the direction of our products and facilitate our continuous-improvement methodology. We are constantly adding new features and tuning our existing functionality to meet the needs of our customers and their guests. Outside of the office, Jeff enjoys the great outdoors with his family. Camping and hunting were frequent excursions during his childhood, and he hopes to instill that same love of the outdoors with his boys. Jeff is also a hobby-farmer, which allows him to stay “grounded”, even when he cannot get away to the woods or mountains.
